Once production of a customized product has started, cancellation may not be possible.

- GST is included in the displayed product price, unless specifically stated otherwise.

- All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on the website.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before production or dispatch, subject to the nature and status of the order.
Cancellation of customized products may not be possible once production has started.
Any eligible refund arising from an approved cancellation will be processed according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Studio Manorama currently offers Pan-India delivery only.
The estimated processing and delivery timeline is up to 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Products may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund only in circumstances specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Any damage, defect, incorrect product, or materially different product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Studio Manorama may require an unboxing video, photographs, order details, and other information to verify a claim.
